Typical Fly By Night Dealership. In retrospect, our first mistake was going to this dealership, our second mistake was trusting them at their word. This past Memorial Day, we went int In retrospect, our first mistake was going to this dealership, our second mistake was trusting them at their word. This past Memorial Day, we went into Bid Cars Boston to inquire about a vehicle they had advertised for sale, Chris Leitao was friendly enough, got us the key & plate to the vehicle to take it for a ride, vehicle rode well, a couple of minor issues with it, Chris Leitao said he'd take care of it, then we discussed price, settled on one, and as the paperwork was slowly be done, I asked Chris Leitao if he had the second key and remotes, and he stated, and I quote " yeah, there probably in the key box, he then said the vehicle would be registered the "next day". The vehicle was picked up the next day, NO registration, NO Keys, NO Remotes, when I called to inquire about the keys, I was told Chris Leitao was gone for the day, and they would call him, and have him call me back, 2 days later, still NO call back, when I finally got a hold of him, he had to nerve to tell me that if I came in and talked to him like a man, we could have resolved the issue. I then reminded Chris Leitao that it was him that never returned my calls, he proceeded to explain to me that they bought the vehicle at auction, and it only came with one key, and that he could get us keys "at his price", I informed him that that was the wrong answer, especially after he promised us keys & remotes, and that's when the selective amnesia kicked in, and he said "I never said that". When the registration still wasn't in our hands 5 days later I went to the dealership and received a photocopy of the registration, when I asked where the original was, he told that they don't get originals, only faxes, then lo and behold 4 days later the original registration sent by BidCars Boston showed up in the mailbox, he also told me that he was waiting for the auction to send him the other keys. Approximately two weeks ago, I called Chris Leitao after he called my GF demanding that her review be taken down, I told him to get us the keys that he "promised" us he had, and it wouldn't go live, he then said " let me run it up the flag pole" and see what happens, then I reminded him that he told me the auction was supposed to send him keys, it was just one lie after another with Chris Leitao, and that also must be one really tall flag pole because he once again never called me back, but I'm sure once Chris Leitao see's this, my phone will be ringing off the hook with all sorts of demands from them. What initially turned out to be a positive experience, quickly turned out to be an extremely regretful one, so the bottom line is, if you choose to patronize this dealership, get anything & everything they promise you in writing, or there is a extremely high probability that you'll be disappointed with the experience, I can't see Bid Cars Boston being in business very long with the way they BS their customers, this could have been easily resolved, had Chris Leitao had done the right thing and kept his promise to us. More

Keep blowing smoke pal, no really ... Appointment was pleasant, they were friendly. Purchased a used truck and asked for the second key and fobs. Chris responded with "it may be in the box, we got it from an auction, don't worry, we'll have them" Of course no one remembered that conversation when we went to get the truck the next day. Was told there was no second key, but they could get it at their price. And he gave us two used fobs from two different vehicles. Said he was waiting to hear from the auction to get the second key. I'm calling BS on that one. You said you would provide the key! I just paid $20K for a truck. YOU PAY FOR THE KEY!! Also said they would register it on Tuesday, and on Friday I called and asked where my registration was. "Oh, I have a copy on my desk. It's in the mail ... but you can come get the copy." (Upon looking at the copy, it wasn't even registered until that Friday!) Called again today and he said he already gave it to us. I said it was the copy and was waiting on the original - and then was told they only get a copy of it. MAKE UP YOUR MIND!! Sitting doing the paperwork with the finance guy, he wasn't even paying attention - kept answering the phone, saying his computer kept having a problem, etc. etc. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. Typical smarmy car salesmen. GET EVERYTHING THEY PROMISE YOU IN WRITING!! Hope we have a better experience owning this vehicle than we did purchasing it. UPDATE: Hey - my ORIGINAL registration came to my house - I thought they didn't get an original - was told they only get them via fax. AGAIN, just made up stories. AND STILL no keys even after Chris called and demanded this review be taken down. He was told to make this transaction right by getting new keys and fobs (2) from Nissan. It's been almost two weeks ... guess once they get our money they also get selective amnesia. More

Fantastic car buying experience - friendly and professional My wife and I had been searching for quite some time for “our perfect” Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, needed it to be Beige (Mojave Sand) which is ve My wife and I had been searching for quite some time for “our perfect” Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, needed it to be Beige (Mojave Sand) which is very difficult to find around these parts. I had been to the dealership a couple of times simply to look and was very impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the number of Jeep Wranglers (and all vehicles) they had on their lot. Fate would have it that I decided to stop into the dealership this past Tuesday and low and behold what was sitting there, and had just arrived, was a 2016 75th Anniversary Edition Mojave Sand Jeep Wrangler Sahara! Perfect timing! Super sharp looking vehicle and well that was that. Took it for a drive and knew we had to have it. The team at BidCars Boston was fantastic. My salesperson was Marat, super friendly personality, terrific to work with and made the experience very pleasant. No haggling (one best price the way All dealerships should be)! We worked on my trade, Marat and team did all they could to get me where I needed to be financially and we made the deal. Easy as pie! I also had the opportunity to talk with Chris a number of times and with Mo in Finance - both Chris and Mo were also great - again very pleasant, professional and made the entire experience very enjoyable. Chris - thank you sir for taking that extra time with me to do the demo on the Bluetooth and ask if I had any other questions. And Marat and Mo - my sincere thanks for a wonderful transaction and doing what you could from a financing perspective. Truly appreciate it!! I would highly recommend this dealership - great experience, great vehicles and at a very fair price, can’t beat that combination! Thanks guys!! More

When I asked for details through the site, Marat was prompt and helpful. There was NO PRESSURE, Marat was very friendly and understanding, not the least bit pushy but did ask what he could do to help me make my decision. I asked for a hold on the vehicle and he did so on a handshake! Inventory was clean, plentiful and the whole buying experience was easy and swift. I would recommend this site for any looking for a great buying experience. More
