My trade sat for 11 days with no notification to VW finance, I left with a vehicle and was not told there were contingencies on the loan. This was all done at the end of the year to get the units in. Very shady operation. They mixed up the vin number and I signed on someone else’s car. I had to navigate the entire process and follow up too many times to count to buy a new vehicle. I will never step foot in this building again. More
