Nick was my service rep and always does a great job in taking care of me. My only disappointment this time was the parts manager. My particular car part was back ordered and I was going into my 3rd week o taking care of me. My only disappointment this time was the parts manager. My particular car part was back ordered and I was going into my 3rd week of a rental car. I decided to do my own research in locating the particular car part. Called several KIA dealers out of state and they were saying the same thing about the car part being back ordered and didn’t have it in stock. They were very helpful in trying to locate one for me and found one in TX. I called and had it shipped to me. I could still be in waiting paying over thousand dollars or more for a car rental if I wouldn’t have taken the time to do my own research. After taking the car part to the dealership to get fixed I spoke to the parts manager and told him I found one. I mentioned to him about not canceling the order since it was back ordered and hard to get. He didn’t seem interested in hanging on to the order and was going to cancel. I couldn’t believe it! I said would if someone else had this problem and needed this part? You wouldn’t wont them to be in limbo for weeks or months. Basically his response was this part was something that’s ever needed and didn’t want to store it. That’s my only issue with the dealership. The service department is great and good about getting things done quickly. More

We always bring our sorento here for service. We have been owners since 2012 and only use their service department. The do a wonderful job and are friendly and knowledgeable about our car.
