I have taken my 2019 Kia Sorento to Rusty Wallace Kia service center for several manufacturer’s recalls. They’ve always been prompt in starting and completing the work while I waited in their comfortable service center for several manufacturer’s recalls. I was able to get an appointment within one week at Rusty Wallace Kia, and they started on my car immediately when I brought it in. The service representative told me it would take an hour and 20 minutes, an Wallace Kia, and they started on my car immediately when I brought it in. They then went through everything they did in detail and made sure I understood everything and got me out of there in about an hour and a half.
