On about 4-19 I went to my car and found that the keyfob would not work to unlock the car. When I did get inside the radio and media screen would not work. When I called to make an appt. was told I could would not work to unlock the car. When I did get inside the radio and media screen would not work. When I called to make an appt. was told I could not be seen until May 15. I said this was unacceptable as I had just been in on April 5 to see if there was something wrong with the locks as I was locked out after just unlocking it. Was told then that that is how the system is supposed to work. They lady that took my call on 4-19 said she would check with the supervisor to see if could be seen earlier. They next morning I received a call to bring my car in that day. When the service checked they found the fuse had been turned off. I don't know how that happened. I am the only driver and didn't even know where the fuse box was. You folks are the only people who have touched my car other than myself.?? More
