Purchased this car in 2019 and I have always been very pleased with the service until a few months ago, when I could not get them to return my call to make a Service Appointment and I had to contact the S pleased with the service until a few months ago, when I could not get them to return my call to make a Service Appointment and I had to contact the Salesman twice to make an appointment. They could not provide my 60,000 mile service for a month, so I had to go to another dealer, since I was making a trip in the next few weeks. I had a dome light issue and I was told several times that they had forgotten and they would check it next time. Dome light was such a small item, I figured that they would handle it when they had time. When I asked Rusty Wallace-Alcoa personnel at the last Service, I was told that the car was out of warranty. I thought that I had a 200,000 mile warranty, but I was told that the warranty ran out at 60,000 miles. I explained that I had asked them to look at it several times, but the Service Attendant stated that that was their policy. I have been passing two other dealers to get to Rusty Wallace-Alcoa for service. Time to re-think that one. Just when I am about to trade the other vehicle. More
