We’ve been on the hunt for a small SUV capable of managing our 100 lb black lab better than my old 2009 Cobalt. Nick was happy to help and gave us detail into Subaru, the Forester, and a tour of the dealership. The Forester test drove great, but we didn’t want to commit that night. Nick didn’t push us and wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision. We’re definitely not impulse people. A day later we decided that’s what we wanted to buy. Nick setup another appointment with us to do the financing side the next evening. Made it super easy and stayed late with us after the dealership closed.
