We needed servicing done at the last minute, and made multiple trips to the dealership, and they squared us away every time. This staff is a humbled staff dedicated to doing their jobs and fulfilling the needs of the customers. 300SDL Service Awesome service department. The dealership had a courtesy Service Clinic day on Saturday (Mar 7) that identified needed service. I was able to schedul Awesome service department. The dealership had a courtesy Service Clinic day on Saturday (Mar 7) that identified needed service. I was able to schedule the service for Monday (Mar9) at a very convenient time (for me). It is great to have a dedicated service time rather than a "cattle call" time like you find at other dealerships. Customer service is a big deal with me; and MB of Columbus has outstanding customer service. The technicians are top-of-the-line and the quality of work is impeccable. Moreover, the technicians will take the time to explain the needed service(s), why it's needed, and let you know how long it should take, and answer all your questions. The waiting area is very comfortable and there are also complimentary refreshments and Wi-Fi availability. From the time you drive up, to the time you drive out, these folks are truly trying to put the customer first in their Customer Service. Awesome!! More
