I loved the way it handled and it fit me and my budget. I was impressed with his customer service, friendliness and most of all his knowledge of the vehicle. Drove 2 1/2 hours!!! I searched the Internet until I found the dealership that had the exact car I wanted. It took me to Thomas Dodge's website where I got an invite to d I searched the Internet until I found the dealership that had the exact car I wanted. It took me to Thomas Dodge's website where I got an invite to do an Instant Chat - they put me in contact with Cheryl Gallo. As I was so far away, we did a lot of our negotiations on-line. Unlike other dealerships that can't seem to answer all your questions, Cheryl did a very thorough job of answering each and every one. She also sent me pictures to make sure it was the vehicle I was looking for. The day we made the trip to Indiana to finalize the deal, Cheryl was not in and Joe Heisler stepped in to help us out. As they are not paid based on commission, it was a smooth transition - there was no cut-throat competitiveness between sales people. So refreshing!!!!! I do have to say, their sales approach of Zero Negotiations is very different than what we are used to; it was a relief to not have to haggle to get the best price! It made the experience much more relaxing. It was well worth the drive!! More
