Piece of garbage what a raw deal Had the new car for two weeks then they (NADY) calls and said I must return the car because the bank rejected the loan.What a crock of xxxx!!! I walked in to Thomas Dodge for information regarding my car. I walked out with a brand new car. The sales team was wonderful, especially John Zale, and the financing dept was great as well. I bought a 2012 ram 1500 2wd in October 2014 and the people I dealt with were very generous informative displayed the truck beautifully showed me how the numbers work on trading my vehicle in lots of s people I dealt with were very generous informative displayed the truck beautifully showed me how the numbers work on trading my vehicle in lots of smiles just overall great people. In February 2014 in a bad winter storm I realized I made a mistake in buying a 2wd, I seen on their website they had a 2008 f150 4x4 I went there and the truck looked great very clean and the people I dealt with worked with me as much as possible on making the numbers work on buying that f150 and it turned out great very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the people I dealt with to anybody who is looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you Tom Witt More

From the time that I found the store via the internet and found the vehicle that I was looking for at a price that was hard to beat by the competition, all the way into and beyond the sales transaction, I wa found the vehicle that I was looking for at a price that was hard to beat by the competition, all the way into and beyond the sales transaction, I was impressed and very much satisfied with the manner in which I was treated as a customer and also in how business was dealt. The dealership personnel that I interacted with were very professional, helpful, and considerate of my situation and it was refreshing to come to a dealership that did not try to 'pressure or sales-pitch' as soon as you walk through the door. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle I chose, thankful that the dealer made the process much more painless than expected, and I would recommend doing business with this dealer to anyone in the market looking for their next vehicle. More

Overall, George made our experience there very easy. He was friendly from the moment we walked up to start looking. I could tell he knew the vehicles he had on the lot and once we narrowed down our search was friendly from the moment we walked up to start looking. I could tell he knew the vehicles he had on the lot and once we narrowed down our search ( because we weren't sure if we really wanted another van ) he pointed out the difference in what kind of trim options were on which vans we were looking at. He explained each step of the buying process with no problem, from getting the value of our trade-in, the price, and the financing. There wasn't a lot of time wasted sitting around waiting. I would recommend him to see for anyone looking to get a vehicle from the Thomas Group! More

When I entered the dealership the first person I encountered was Brandon and he asked questions to determine what my need was and how he could best get me to my ultimate goal. He asked me questions about my must haves in a vehicle. I explained the things I needed and then the things that I desired and he listened and found me an great fit! After I had settled on a vehicle Nady continued with the same professionalism and care exhibited by Brandon. The entire experience was very pleasant. I have worked with several dealerships over the years but my experience with Thomas Chrysler has made me a lifetime customer. More

The Sales Rep, Brandon, was friendly but not proactive. He didn't appear as knowledgeable on the vehicle but was willing to find out the answer to my questions. He could have been more responsive. When he said Thomas Dodge was a non negotiating dealership, I said then it was misleading to include the $750 rebate in the "one price". He said most of their buyers have previously bought a Dodge and therefore would be eligible for the rebate. Well I hadn't purchased a Dodge previously, then was told the $750 woud be added back in to the "one price". I find that very misleading. My sales rep Brandon was meant to call me the day I was to pick up my car but when he didn't call me I rang the dealership to be told he was away that day. I left a message for the Sales Manager, Tony, to contact me about picking up my car. I never heard from him so rang again that evening and spoke to someone else. I was a cash buyer but left a message for Nady with some questions but was very disappointed that he did not phone me back. When I did pick up the car, the service manager said he knew I had a rough experience. If I hadn't been pressured by time to purchase I would have walked away from Thomas Dodge. More
