I must say this was one of the best overall experience that I've had with a car dealership. "Que" and Steve really took care of me, but what sold me was their customer service and their word. No inflated pricing, no estimates, or all that car salesman waste that we hate as consumers. The price is the price that you see. Steve, the finance guy help me get a good APR with my bank and Que the salesman made sure he was being transparent in his process to focus on what I was looking for. There was a lot other additional thumbs up I can give, but these were the important stuff. I would definitely recommend to my friends for sure. Thanks you guys. I'm happy with my purchase. More

Naeem (known as "Q") was really great to work with. I have always been sceptical of car dealerships, but I must say that my experience with Naeem and the dealership has been very good. I didn't get a "screaming" deal on the used BMW that I purchased, but I did get a fair deal... which is acceptable to me. Naeem was extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. He is very knowledgeable of BMW's and I believe he truly enjoys his work. There was an issue with the car that needed to be addressed, and the dealership (especially Brian in their shop) did what they promised to take care of it. While I'm at it, I hope this dealership knows the value they have in Naeem AND Brian, and I hope they express their value to both of them. I would recommend calling Naeem if you are in the market for a high-end used vehicle. More
