Our son was looking for a certain BMW and a color. He found one at Benz and Beemer. Once we called and spoken to Que, he sent us pictures & videos of the vehicle since we live in Illinois. We purchase He found one at Benz and Beemer. Once we called and spoken to Que, he sent us pictures & videos of the vehicle since we live in Illinois. We purchased the vehicle, and all paper work was done on line, completed quickly and efficiently. Next day pictures were sent that the vehicle was being loaded and on its way. Friday it left Arizona and today, Tuesday it was delivered to our home. This was the most smooth vehicle buying ever. I will definitely refer friends and family to Que at Benz and Beemer. Que was an excellent salesman! He had an excellent knowledge of the vehicle and provided a great experience for my wife and I. We visited other dealerships looking for the same dealer, however Que provided an unmatched customer experience for us. For example, after driving the car at the dealership, we went to another dealership and drove a similar BMW 540i and my wife the drive of the car was not as nice as the one we drove at Benz and Beemer...We called Que and asked if we could drive the car again, however due to our work schedule we didn't have time to return to the dealership. Que drove the car to our house, we were able to drive the car during our lunch time and as a result we bought the car later that evening. The other dealership told us they could not drive the car to our house for a second test drive. More
