Que and Jeff in sales were absolutely great along with the rest of the staff. We initially evaluated the car remotely through videos and research tools provided by BB. Professional (helpful and pleasant), efficient, knowledgeable, no pressure whatsoever, and fun to work with. We came in from out of state on a schedule, and were in and out in no time allowing us to enjoy the rest of the day in Scottsdale, AZ. We plan on using this dealership again. More

Before I had even stepped onto their lot, he had spent a week answering whichever questions I sent his way, and made sure he was always available for me to come in and test drive. I ended up purchasing the vehicle around 7 PM and Que and the fianancing woman stayed way past close to ensure my paperwork was complete and that I was taken care of. After leaving a bunch of my belongings in my trade-in car, Que held onto them for me for a week until I was able to pick them up. Was an awesome experience and felt like Que had my best interests in mind the entire car-buying journey, and he continues to check in with me about the vehicle. More

Can Totally Recommend CBB and our salesman "Que" I had never heard of Certified Benz and Beemer until we needed to replace our Lexus. Going online I decided to head to their location as they seemed I had never heard of Certified Benz and Beemer until we needed to replace our Lexus. Going online I decided to head to their location as they seemed to offer many vehicles that we could view in one location. We were first impressed with the outside appearance and as we entered and were greeted by Que. He was very cordial, a very good listener and answered all of our questions regrading the various models. He explained the various model year's differences so you could understand what you were getting or giving up. Que also showed us the impressive 3 story building which is a showpiece that houses all the cars. There was never any pressure as Que just wanted us to explore and also offered some vehicles we had not considered. We are very cautious and deliberate in our financial decisions and NEVER expected or have ever made a purchase on the first visit. But, Que showed us a MB S 550 that had every item plus many more that we expected. Having done some work on pricing beforehand, we decided it was perfect and we did not need to keep searching. During the time looking the Sales Manager, Peter, stopped by to say thanks for giving them the opportunity and asked if everything was fine. We also met Jamie the Finance Manager who explained all the various details so we could understand and make a clear decision on our options. In the end, we were totally impressed with the service, attention, and the feeling that CCB wants potential buyers to be comfortable without having any sense of pressure or wheeling and dealing in arriving at their decision. I am out of state and they made the process seem as I was i He was a great sales person and very knowledgeable about the car that I was interested in. I am out of state and they made the process seem as I was in state. No pressure at all from any of the finance guys either. I didn’t end up purchasing because of my own personal reasons but I wish I did close the deal because that car is beautiful. I’m sure someone will be a very proud owner of that suv in the near future. They didn’t give me a hard time at all about not being able to close the deal. They were very easy to deal with very understanding about my situation And I appreciate them for that. I will definitely be calling them back when I am in the market for another luxury car. More
