Easy purchasing our dream car. The online site provided accurate pictures and information about the car. When we arrived we were warming greeted and able to see both cars we were interested in. Our salesman ‘Que’ was respectful, energetic and very knowledgeable about our selections. The price was ‘fair’ based on an independent evaluation and we appreciated the no haggling component. We never felt pressured in purchasing a car - but we did get our dream car. It was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. More

Best Customer Service for first time buyers!!! Que did an amazing job answer all my question and even going the extra mile! he even came in on a day off of work just to help me. I initially was looking to trade my Porsche Cayman in for another car. The car I was looking at (BMW) was very nice but extremely overpriced. I checked multiple sites including KBB and the car was overpriced above high retail $2000. On top of that the dealership wanted to give me wholesale for my car $4000 below min trade offer. They do not negotiate the price and on top of that they add an extra $800 on top of standard fees such as tax, title and license. I found a similar car at Scottsdale BMW for several thousand less. I ended up not buying the BMW and decided on a newer Porsche but that’s not where things got really bad. I called back to talk to my initial salesperson but he was out for surgery so they set me up with a guy named “Q”. Hands down one of the most rude and obnoxious sales persons I have ever dealt with-and I have bought 25 plus cars in my life. I have owned almost every major brand including high end and this guy takes the cake. Very argumentative with me on the phone, would not let me get a word in edge wise and cut me off anytime I tried to speak. I finally had to hang up on him. The type of customer service I received was what you would expect from a shady used car lot. Not sure how this guy is even employed. I would give 0 stars but needed to at least give 1 because the sales associate Justin was so nice. Other than that if you want a horrible deal on a used car, overpay by thousands, pay a junk fee of $800 and get treated rudely and your business isn’t important ask for “Q”. I didn’t expect this from a Scottsdale dealership and I highly recommend doing your homework and shopping around. I made a point to let all my clients to steer clear of this dealership. My co worker found a BMW 5 series online and when I saw where it was listed at I talked him out of it and he bought one at Chapman. That made me feel better that the dealership lost money. Que was amazing and went above/beyond to quickly answer my questions and provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. They have a large selection of new and used cars, with the used cars even looking new. If you’re looking for a nice luxury car but can not afford a brand new one, I would recommend stopping by Benz and Beemer to take a look at their inventory.
