I showed up after work, signed some papers with the agreement that I would get the vehicle checked by my own mechanic. My mechanic's inspection showed that the vehicle was 'as advertised' and we closed the deal. The inspection at my garage showed that it was due for a transmission fluid flush and a new air filter -- a couple of hundred dollars. Que advised that they would take care of that for me as well! Completely happy with the experience, no sales pressure and Que is a pleasure to work with! More

Que is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable salesman that was more than happy to allow me a test drive and was able to point out the features of the vehicle without being pushy or over bearing. Que loves cars and it shows in his interactions with his customers. Que had excellent communication throughout the buying experience. The website to reserve the vehicle and apply for credit straightforward. On close of the sale, finance and document representative Dustin Johnson was professional, the added warranties were offered without the high pressure sales so many other dealers seem to fall into. Certified Benz and Beemer is a no negotiation pricing, I did find their car pricing was very competitive when I search nationwide for the same vehicle I purchased. My only complaint was the added service and protection package for $847 which was a non deletable sales offering. My experience with Certified Benz and Beemer has been a positive one. I have to say that Certified Benz and Beemer is a very unique used car dealer. They have an amazing collection of high end and exotic cars, I have visited more than one exotic and high end used car dealer but none have been on this scale. I would say that if you are a car enthusiast that just a visit to look at their inventory, even if you are not in the market for a car, is a worthwhile way to spend your time. If you have never visited this dealership and you are buying a car from out of state this place really is an amazing and my experience was a good one! More

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I have purchased dozens of vehicles on-line. Here it is 2017 and I still had issues with dishonesty and very pushy sales people. When I saw the Infin I have purchased dozens of vehicles on-line. Here it is 2017 and I still had issues with dishonesty and very pushy sales people. When I saw the Infiniti FX at this dealership I made the call and was immediately put at ease. Naimal "Q" Sadeque took care to carefully listen to my concerns, and helped me to arrange a PPI swiftly and without any issues. In addition he sent me any images I requested, and even a high quality video of a complete walk around and interior view. He pointed out a couple scratches and rock chips as well. He sent me whatever I was requesting very quickly. I was looking at another car in Arizona at a different dealership as well. Q had answered probably 8 or 9 texts, and sent me the video before I even received a communication from the other dealer. The other dealer then sent me a extremely low quality video of their FX and I never heard back from them that day. Q was absolutely the most responsive and upfront person I have ever met in the car sales biz. The PPI went perfectly, there was an item that came up, and Certified Benz took care of the repair by the end of the day. I then arranged shipping and it was a very low fee and took about a week. When the car arrived I was very pleased but noticed a seat belt issue. I called back Certified, and as it being a safety item, they agreed to compensate me for the repair. I had the reimbursement check in 3 days time. I absolutely love the Infiniti I purchased from them. The local Dealership that did my seatbelt repair commented on the car needing absolutely nothing, had brand new brakes, and was very well cared for. I am so thankful to the team at Certified, as they have shown me how awesome the car buying experience can be. I would recommend them to anyone I know, and do not be worried about being an out of state buyer. Thanks so much guys!! A+ all the way!
