We came to an agreement on the price and conditions that were to be met upon delivery of the vehicle and put down a deposit. Yet our salesperson claimed the work had been done. Super disappointing! So unprofessional. When a vehicle veers hard left, that's a problem. When the salesperson and dealership promise that will be fixed upon delivery, yet nothing has been done, that's an even bigger problem. Zero faith in this dealer. Cannot believe we haven't received a phone call from anyone to ask about our experience. I guess they know they will get an earful if they call. Such a waste of our time and energy! More
