When you change the oil, PLEASE update the window sticker. Failure to do so ended up causing back and forth between me Nama, and the service department. We spent an immense amount of time discussin sticker. Failure to do so ended up causing back and forth between me Nama, and the service department. We spent an immense amount of time discussing whether the oil was changed or not. Very frustrating. Unfortunately this cost me $75 to have the oil changed. Secondly, once everything was agreed on, it still took way to long to complete the paperwork. I had to wait for someone other than Nana to be free to finish up. For a cash deal this needs to streamlined…… More
