When I asked Nancy to help she went above and beyond my expectations. She worked with me throughout the sales process. She made sure I knew what all the costs were as a part of the sales. She took time to go over all the options on the car and helped me set them. She did an excellent presentation during the test drive but never made me feel forced into a deal. She talked to the finance person when I rejected the first car sales offer and eventually we were able to come to an agreement. When I returned the next day after purchasing the car with some additional questions she immediately went to the car with me and explained all of my questions. I absolutely love the car I bought and am going to give her name to all my friends when they want to buy a car. She represents Hyundai and the dealership in a professional and personable way.
