-Brought car in for oil change -Told I needed new tires -Shown tires that could be ordered for my car -Advised that there was a promotion for a $100.00 credit with purchase of 4 tires and $70.00 r tires -Shown tires that could be ordered for my car -Advised that there was a promotion for a $100.00 credit with purchase of 4 tires and $70.00 rebate from mfg of the tires I wanted -Ordered 4 tires on 4/28 -Made first available appointment for service on 3/9 ...Didn't receive $100.00 credit because I was told the offer had expired (manager did agree to give me the credit on my account for future use) ...Was given no warranty info or paper work on the tires ...Had to return to Service Dept. to get instructions for mfg rebate ...went to online site at Yokohama to register for $70.00 rebate, it was expired NOT HAPPY * The following ratings are for service NOT Related to the tire experience More
