Was told my service would take about an hour; waited in designated area and saw workers coming in to let others know their car was ready. Expected the same for my car, so when I saw 3 black tuscons (my typ designated area and saw workers coming in to let others know their car was ready. Expected the same for my car, so when I saw 3 black tuscons (my type of car) done and parked (after about a half hour so I did not think it was mine) I continued waiting. Got a text 20 mins later saying it was done, and it was one that had been sitting there the whole time. Had to ask for my keys/receipt. Maybe this is how it’s done but no one seemed very helpful to me unless I asked. It was my first time getting a service done here and it was not very smooth. More

My problem was not rectified and I was not allowed to talk to the tech guy. So the problem still remains and there is no solution to this. My car is under warranty and still not given good attention to g talk to the tech guy. So the problem still remains and there is no solution to this. Need to be able to get in to have code read immediately. Service is hard to get scheduled. Code reading must happen ASAP. This should be done on a drive in basis for vehicles under warranty. It was quick and a prompt service. Nancy at service desk helped me with everything and answered all my questions. She was great! The car drove well after the service. The exterior looked clean and polished. Only minor thing I noticed was the interior wasn’t as clean as I had hoped for since I had paid extra for a spring cleanup in addition to the complementary routine checkup. It’s possible that the spring clean up doesn’t include interior cleaning. I am not aware of that. But splash marks on the inside of the car door were still there as well as Foot marks. Dust and lint were still visibly there including food crumbs on the seat. So I think the interiors weren’t cleaned which makes me think spring cleanup didn’t include interior cleaning. But overall a great job by a great team. Thank you for making my service a special one! More

So far we have been very pleased with the service we have received from Luther. We are dealing with an issue that will require some fighting with Hyundai to get it covered and so far it looks like they are g received from Luther.
