I know when I bring my suv in that it will be well taken care of. I was have an engine replaced under warranty. I had to make all status call rarely heard from Nancy service advisor. She finally called to say car was done I rushed up there because she made a big deal a make all status call rarely heard from Nancy service advisor. She finally called to say car was done I rushed up there because she made a big deal about returning rental car back. I got there and my car was really NOT done and needed another $400 of work and took another 90 minutes of my time. Nancy needs to get it together. More
