I came in for an oil change and while doing that work they found additional work that needed to be done. Because my car was already being worked on it saved me some money. Nobody likes additional expense they found additional work that needed to be done. Because my car was already being worked on it saved me some money. Nobody likes additional expenses, but I appreciate being informed about what is needed so I wouldn't need another appointment 2 months later. More

Long wait time for headlight bulb replacement. Unpleasant upsell attempt. My bulb still isn't seated correctly and I have to return. The opposite light was out when I was told my vehicle was done. Had a serv upsell attempt. My bulb still isn't seated correctly and I have to return. The opposite light was out when I was told my vehicle was done. Had a service member reseat it after I had already driven down the road. Now the left headlight is again going in and out seemingly at random. Now I have to find the time to get it fixed again when I had already sat in your building for two hours for a headlight bulb change and an oil change. Nancy was kind, personable and explained my options but the work was not completed correctly. More
