Terrible customer service. I dropped my car off on a Thursday evening and had an appointment on Friday at 8:15am. I didn’t hear anything so I called Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No one called me back. O Thursday evening and had an appointment on Friday at 8:15am. I didn’t hear anything so I called Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No one called me back. On Monday I called again and finally was told a part was ordered and my car should be ready sometime Tuesday. No call Tuesday on time so called again and told me in evening after 5:30. This was the worst customer service. 100% displeased. More

To be honest, both Hyundai vehicles I have now owned have had MAJOR problems and I no longer feel safe in a Hyundai product.
