Sean and Nancy were incredibly helpful. They take the care a I came there to have a couple of fobs reprogrammed. They wash my car the second time it came back they give you free oil change and wash my car again I came there to have a couple of fobs reprogrammed. They wash my car the second time it came back they give you free oil change and wash my car again there are amazingly helpful people Nancy and Shawn are just amazingly great people I'm so thankful that I found you guys and I live in Bloomington. Do I have to have service work done to get the car washed? More

Staff was informative and courteous Came in for a bad fuel pump but they found and repaired air conditioning lines that were leaking and replaced a tail light I didn't know was out. Oil Change I brought my Santa Fe into the dealership and was informed that the wait would be about an hour and a half. I was pleasantly surprised when my vehicle I brought my Santa Fe into the dealership and was informed that the wait would be about an hour and a half. I was pleasantly surprised when my vehicle was ready after an hour of waiting. I really appreciated the car being washed and vacuumed, too. Nancy was great to work with during my visit. More

Head lite bulb replacement Did not need a apps-just drove in. Waited 20 minutes and a tech came to replace the bulb. Took about 30 minutes and I was on my way. All is good. I have always had great experiences at Luther until my last visit. I went in on a Saturday morning without an appointment with what I thought was a very serious issue with my headlights. After first telling m visit. I went in on a Saturday morning without an appointment with what I thought was a very serious issue with my headlights. After first telling me I would have to wait hours to fix what I thought was a big problem, I became frustrated with that answer and the service attendant noticed that and after I explained I had other appointments she made a concerted effort to get my car in. I was in and out in 90 minutes and that was appreciated. The problem though was not addressed and I couldn’t find it out until I was traveling and out of town while driving my car in the dark. The issue was not fixed as I was told it was. Finding out that the issue was not fixed while on the road was dangerous and caused me to pull over and stop travel as I could only travel in light. I will be calling to schedule another appointment as soon as I get back into town. It was obvious to me that the problem was not addressed yet paid for. Very disappointed in my last visit. More
