Superior Customer Service I recently leased a Volvo and worked with Narek. I generally loath going to the dealership but in working with Narek he completely changed my opinion I recently leased a Volvo and worked with Narek. I generally loath going to the dealership but in working with Narek he completely changed my opinion of what the car buying process looks like when you find the right salesperson, and Narek is that guy. He went above and beyond the call of duty. When I struggled to find a local dealer to accept my return leased vehicle Narek took it into his own hands and found a dealer for me. He even met me there to pick me up in my new car. When I couldn't stay to meet with the finance department Narek took all my necessary information and met me the next day at a location that was convenient to me to complete the paperwork. His knowledge of not just the vehicle that I leased was so thorough but of other comparable cars, I was able to have a conversation with him, discuss my needs and he ensured me by providing facts and features about the vehicle that confirmed this was the right choice for me. Aside from the excellent customer service and automotive knowledge, he was just an all around nice and friendly person to work with. I hope to continue working with Narek and Jaffarian in the future.
