Great experience buying our new Volvo! I called ahead to find out about a specific car made an appointment with Annie the sales manager. When we arrived he was waiting for us and the car wa I called ahead to find out about a specific car made an appointment with Annie the sales manager. When we arrived he was waiting for us and the car was out front plated and ready for a test drive. We went into his office on the way we saw a different car on the showroom floor. We asked about it and said we were interested in that one. Then Annie introduced us to a salesperson that he had already let know what we were interested in. After the test drive that car, we asked about one of the showroom floors they said if we wanted to take it for a test drive they would be happy to do. WE did we wneded up with that car. We were expecting the whole process to be a hassle and them to play a lot of games with the price, they never came and we were pleasantly surprised. The positive experience continued with the Fi manger. We decided to bring back another member of the famliy the next day who re-test drove both of those cars. We decided on one and they made it easy and stress-free to come to an agreement. While we did they we drove up in our Volvo that had a small problem they had it fixed while we shopped for our new one free of charge and without an appointment. I would highly recommend this Volvo dealership! More
