Aaron, thank you for your review although we feel that it is completely unwarranted. Firstly, the vehicle was dropped off the weekend of 08/02/24 due to it not being drivable, it was not scheduled for repairs, in that situation, dropped vehicles are worked in as techs get time after finishing scheduled repairs. Your vehicle was brought into the shop on 08/16/2024 to begin repairs. After tear down, your insurance company had to come out and inspect for further damage, which may delay the repair process by a couple more days. Secondly, before we start jobs on GM vehicles we do a pre scan to check for any existing stored codes before beginning repairs. During the pre scan performed on 08/16/2024 it showed that all 4 tire pressure monitor sensors were low voltage, meaning the batteries were low, which happens over time. You were emailed the pre scan on 08/27/2024 to view and keep for your records. When you called in to inform us of the issue you were offered to schedule with the service department to have the issue diagnosed, if the sensor not working was part of the accident it would be sent to insurance for review and replaced at no cost to you. But, as a disclaimer, we do mention that if it is determined to not be part of the accident the cost of repairs would be your responsibility. We do appreciate your business and we are truly sorry you feel this way about our dealership. We take pride in customer satisfaction and it is never our intent to have customers leave unhappy.
