Another Excellent Experience!!! I have been in Maryland for 10 years and have purchased 6 cars from Al Packer Ford!! Nate has been awesome to work with. When they did not have what I was looking for in the price range i wanted, they went out and found it in less than two days!! My daughters car was totaled and I worked with Nate to get her a new one in the price range she could afford after she graduates next year. Jon the general manager and his finance team are seconded to none!!! Whenever I come in Jon makes it a point to greet me even if I am not buying anything. We were In and out and painless. When we take our cars to Al Packer for service, I know it will be done right the first time. I can call Tony on the Quick Lube Team and tell him my wife or daughters are on their way in. They ask for him and he takes it from there and will call me after the diagnosis. I would not trust the safety of my family to no other team than The Al Packer Team!! My Expediton is a 2013, guess where I will be going to get my next one!!! More

I told Nate what I was looking for a I recently bought a new F-150 and was very pleased with the price that I received compared to other dealerships. I told Nate what I was looking for and he brought the truck up right away for a test drive. He talked in detail about the truck and was very knowledgeable about all the features. He even did the entire set-up process for my phone to be connected to the Ford Pass app and my truck. I have bought other new cars and was dreading the finance portion of it, but their department was quick on getting all the paperwork together. I was out of there much quicker than other dealerships that I have bought cars from. I also drove an Enterprise rental car over to the dealership and they took care of returning it back to the dealership. Overall, it was a very pleasant car buying experience. More
