Marques was wonderful to work with when purchasing our new car! He was so personable and made sure to answer all of our questions during the process. He went out of his way to ensure that we left with a g new car! He was so personable and made sure to answer all of our questions during the process. He went out of his way to ensure that we left with a great experience as well as a great vehicle. Eugene was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood our best options. And Nate who detailed our vehicle before we drove it home did an amazing job! Overall very pleased with the entire process! More

I’ve been a Mitsubishi car owner for over 25 years, started with Mentor Mitsubishi, went to Mentor Kia and now Ken Ganley (first time) I was greeted when I pulled in and told them the reason I was the started with Mentor Mitsubishi, went to Mentor Kia and now Ken Ganley (first time) I was greeted when I pulled in and told them the reason I was there. I went to the waiting room for coffee and TV viewing. I did visit with employees I knew as they saw me sitting there. Experience was very good, but that sagging couch needs to be replaced. More
