She does marketing now and referred me to another sales rep, Nate, who was also just as awesome. Wicked nice guy, very patient, down to earth, understanding, knows the products, and was willing work out a great deal with me for my trade and the price of the Impreza. Nate took the time to sit in the car with me and review all of its options and technology in detail before I drove it home. I also worked with Justin Beauregard who was equally knowledgeable and friendly on all matters related to the Outback and the financing of it. Justin was able to present me with multiple financing options and pricing options on different models of the Outback. This got me comfortable with what my monthly payments would look like even before I test drove a vehicle. I felt like they were both honest and up front with me throughout the entire car buying process. When we were in the very beginning stages of considering buying a new car and were comparative shopping, we stopped by Patrick Subaru to check out a Forester. We spent about forty-five minutes getting in and out of a Forester in the show room and checking out its features without anyone bothering us. We were asked once if we had any questions and then were directed to where we could get our questions answered once we were ready. We test drove a Forester with Nate Goodro who was very knowledgeable about the car, answered all our questions, and was very transparent about pricing information. When we left that day, we asked not to be called and emailed, and Patrick Subaru honored our request. Because of that positive experience, we chose to return to Patrick Subaru to purchase our new car when we were ready to do that. Once again, Nate Goodro guided us through the purchasing process and spent much time with us giving us necessary information and patiently answering our questions. Negotiating a purchase price was very fair and easy, and the dealership was very transparent about costs to them and to us. We were pleased with our purchase and with the whole process. When we left the dealership, we were given contact information for any questions and concerns and told to call or stop by any time for help. Since buying the car very recently, we have emailed with several questions, and we have always gotten quick responses. We would highly recommend Patrick Subaru for all the reasons mentioned above.
