A friend had referred me to Nate and was immediately welcomed with a genuine comfortable feeling from the get go! The following day Nate followed up with phone call after phone call, patiently working out best possible scenarios and options. Collaboratively, we were able to make it happen and I literally purchased a brand new Elantra over the phone within 3 hours. Nate wasn't working on the day I wanted to take delivery of my car but Curtis, Bob, Ann, and Bernie stepped up and all made it happen - all sincerely appreciating ME and welcoming me "to the family". People there treated me with respect and didn't try to push me into a car just to get the sale. They also had to locate the color and options I wanted and did so within 24 hours. The sales person asked if I was a veteran and explained Hyundai supported Vets with a $500 rebate in addition to the loyalty rebate. Friendly sales person, A manager that didn't lie or try to push or beat me up, (one of the other dealers Manager killed any chance of me buying from them) So friendly, quick response, good pricing, introduction to the service manager equaled a sale. More
