The online sales rep was great. We were traveling an hour and a half to look at a car and wanted to make sure it would be there and we would be able to close a deal if we liked it. She had the car sitting in VIP parking when we arrived and had passed us on to the floor salesman with our information. He took it from there and within an hour and a half we were on our way home with a new car. It was a great experience. This was the fourth Subaru we have purchased from a Thomas dealership. The experience was much better than the closer dealership we visited the night before. More
