Followed up with us and made sure that our sales experience went smoothly. Also, a big shout out to the finance person, Mitch, who explained everything very well. We were quite impressed. The only things we thought left room for improvement was the very long wait time in getting the transaction completed (probably due to Black Friday sales activity) and the lack of any refreshments offered (none were offered). Other dealerships offer bottled water, coffee, etc. St. Cloud Toyota needs to update its showroom and offerings to its customers. We hope you take these suggestions seriously as it would improve the buying experience. More
