The salesman was great. Maybe it was Nate. Very decent and respectful. The finance guy was a bit of a dirt bag. Trying to convince my son to finance an extended warranty. I Maybe it was Nate. I told my son to pay out of pocket and not finance that if he wanted it. I would have even given the cash for it to be paid outside the loan. It would end up costing 4 times the original amount through finance. The finance guy made rude comments after that and acted like I was a problem for asking honest questions on behalf of a buyer and not a dealer trying to take advantage of a young guy. My son could have done better on an interest rate had I known what was going on ahead of time. Seems finance was dishonest and said that 9% or so was the best he could get "because of that thing" they talked about before I got there. That "thing" was xx when I found out what it was later. Seems the finance guy was deliberately talking vague and telling my son he could make his own decisions in front of me because I started questioning things. Who does that? Tries to pit family against each other to make a few extra bucks. What moron would just sit there knowing their family member could do better or was likely being taken advantage of? The only reason I gave this 3 stars was for the great young man in sales. Be wary of the finance department and don't believe anything he says. Do your own research and be prepared before going in there. I thought the place was great up until this finance guy started this nonsense. More

Nate was easy to deal with and very accommodating to my many questions and situation as they arose. A+ and would go to him again in the future.
