Everyone I've come in contact with has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Nate was my sales advisor, whom I contacted via the internet. He was prompt in answering my questions via email. The few times I've stopped in the dealership to have my 'old' Murano serviced, he popped over to say hi and remembered my name. Simone in service was very helpful as well. She too is friendly and remembered my name. I feel I got a fair price on my new Murano. The work done on my old Murano was prompt as I was giving it to a family member. More

Very Professional Dealership I loved my experience at Rothrock. I went there and was cordially greeted by Miles and Nate. I had done my research with what I wanted, and they sai I loved my experience at Rothrock. I went there and was cordially greeted by Miles and Nate. I had done my research with what I wanted, and they said they had exactly what we were looking for. They brought this better than I could imagine 2019 Nissan Altima SV and had my husband and I sit in it. Nate explained every single thing on the car and how to use it. That was so appreciated by us since we had been driving an older car with nothing power except for seats and windows. We bought the car and Nate walked us to Ian and then Nicole. They were very personable and professional in their roles at Rothrock. Nate spent a lot of time with us making sure all our questions were answered and made this such an enjoyable experience. He even sent several communications with me during the week after the sale to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and if there was anything else he could do for us. I can’t thank Nate enough for all he’s done for us!!! I highly recommend Rothrock for their huge inventory and professionalism! More

We drive an extra 20 minutes (right on past several other Nissan and Chrysler/Dodge dealerships) because we know we will be treated fairly. This time was no exception. Nate and the Nissan sales team gave us a very fair price right up front. (Comparatively speaking, using TruCar, my initial offer from Nate was lower than the average others are buying the same car.) We got a fair deal on our trade, and had no surprises in the details. (And while we waited, they gave my 11 year old son a Nissan Z hat to break his boredom, which I thought was nice and he totally digs :-) ) Nicole did a very thorough job showing me the car and all it's "bells and whistles". Thanks to all at Rothrock Nissan!!! More
