Really enjoyed my time at Roberson Motors. Took wife’s car in for service. Walked around the lot. Saw an OD green Jeep Rubicon. Talked with a sales rep. It’s been almost 4 weeks since my wife and I purchased the 2018 Yukon and we are still getting the run around on the 2nd key for the vehicle. Supposedly the used care manager says it’s at the Albany deale the 2018 Yukon and we are still getting the run around on the 2nd key for the vehicle. Back in May 2019 I purchased a new Cherokee for my wife. Nate was super knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had putting me at ease. Flash forwad to November 2020. We went to see Nate about upgrading. Nate and the team were superb in going the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase.
