I'm a Arizona native . My wife and I have 3 beautiful children , with the youngest being only 6 months old. I have worked for Chevrolet since 2007 and I hand selected to work for a (FAMILY OWNED) and operated dealership like Courtesy Chevrolet. Our Fleet department and I tailgate at every ASU home game. Great Experience My husband Larry and I went into this dealership to review new vehicles. We were helped by Nate Rotolante and Michael Trujillo. It was very low pressure, they both showed us all the vehicles we were interested in and found us the perfect truck. With our trade in and incentives, it was too good of a deal to pass up. I would totally come back to this location to review any future vehicles I am interested in and I would definitely request to work with these two outstanding customer service employees because they were totally what customer service should be. Great work! More

Great car buying experience I found the car I wanted on the internet and requested more information about it. Nate Rotolante was the first person to email me back and provided a I found the car I wanted on the internet and requested more information about it. Nate Rotolante was the first person to email me back and provided all information requested. Since I am from out of town and could not make it down to the dealership for a few weeks he kept in touch and provided updates. When I was able to drive to the dealership to check out the car he was very friendly and personable. Nate understood that I had another vehicle that I was looking at and didn't pressure me into not going to look at the other car. He helped me get the best deal for the car he had and it turned out to be a deal I couldn't refuse. Overall I had a great car buying experience with Courtesy and would recommend anyone to start here first to avoid the headaches of other dealerships. More

Great Customer Service! I had already gone through the Costco program and picked out my car - so from my initial call from Anthony Lopenzo to the personal service Nate Rotola I had already gone through the Costco program and picked out my car - so from my initial call from Anthony Lopenzo to the personal service Nate Rotolante who sealed the deal with amazing customer service it was a 5+ star experience for me! Everyone at Courtesy was helpful and friendly: Benny Gonzalez who set up my OnStar, Brandon Goldstein who handled my financing and Debbie Drager who helped me program my car. Plus the countless other faces who made it a point to stop and see how I was doing through the whole process. WAY TO GO COURTESY CHEVROLET!!! More

Poor Customer Service They had a car I really liked but we were far apart on money so I left. A few days later they e-mailed me and I responded but never heard back from th They had a car I really liked but we were far apart on money so I left. A few days later they e-mailed me and I responded but never heard back from them. They did two price reductions on the car. I received a call from the internet sales person. I told him I saw the two price reductions and I was willing to come up a little. He said he would get back to me in 15 minutes and that is the last I heard from them. I know they finally sold the car but they could have sold it sooner with just a little customer service and follow through More

False Promises Initially up until the sales were final all was good. I purchased a car for my wife then due to the great service I had received from my sales person Initially up until the sales were final all was good. I purchased a car for my wife then due to the great service I had received from my sales person Nate, I referred my son and was told we would receive a check of $300+ from his purchase and he did purchase a truck. Well that was in late August and no card or check has been sent I have been in contact with Nate on several occasions explaining my concerns as our first payment date is lurking around the corner and we planned to use this as our initial payment. It is my impression that once a deal is done here clients are quickly forgotten and on to the next sale. Needless to say I wont be going back to this dealership they really dropped the ball on customer service they should not make false promises just to get inventory sold. More

Awesome Customer Service. Today was my first time into Courtesy Chevrolet and I had the best experience. A couple days prior to me visiting Courtesy Chevy my passenger window o Today was my first time into Courtesy Chevrolet and I had the best experience. A couple days prior to me visiting Courtesy Chevy my passenger window on the left side of my truck would not role up. I wasn't sure where I should take my truck or who I should call to get it fixed. I decided it would be best to call Nathan Rotolante who previously sold me the truck 3 years ago. He told me to bring it on in to Courtesy Chevrolet and would help me get taken care of. I was so grateful! When I pulled up to the service station I asked to speak with Tim Jackson who Nathan referred me to. Wow. I can't explain how awesome Mr. Jackson was. Not only did he help me get my window fixed but he also got me the oil change I so badly needed it, had my tires rotated, and my truck washed. I have to say I've never dealt with someone in a service department that was so on the ball, helpful, and kind. While my son and I sat in the cafe while my truck was being serviced he kept stopping by to explain to me where my truck was in the process and check on us to see if we were doing good. I was blown away by his amazing customer service. I have to say that from this day forward I will be taking my car to Tim Jackson for all my service jobs and issues. I will also be telling all my friends and family members that Tim is the man to see! I am so grateful I called Nathan Rotolante and he was able to help! Nathan also visited my son and me in the cafe to see how we were and discussed the new vehicles that have come out. He has me sold on getting the new Chevy Colorado! Thank you Tim Jackson and Nathan Rotolante for taking such amazing care of me! I'd also like to thank Alan who works at the service desk for helping me while I paid my bill and checked out! More
