Annelise was helpful, patient, friendly and answered all my questions. There was a discrepancy in the car’s mileage as listed in the car’s description and the actual odometer mileage. Having to get a new vehicle was bitter sweet for me, as it was time for a new car, but sad having to give up my old one. Rowan Heard made it an enjoyable, easy, & non-intimidating experience.
