I bought a used car there. A couple of days later the water pump seized up. The engine overheated while driving. Needed a water pump, antifreeze, and a serpentine belt. Rather than have it towed back to the dealership I was willing to fix it myself. Nate told me they would send me a check for $130 to cover parts. I would receive it in 8 days. Parts actually were over $250 but I just wanted the dealer to be fair. Turns out Nate was just a lying con man. Never received a check. I never even received a receipt that I purchased a vehicle from them. That was to be sent to me too. I was pleasant dealing with them, and they were pleasant dealing with me. Trouble is they never kept their word. More

Of all the vehicles I've purchased this was the best experience I've had. Everyone involved was very nice and respectful. I pulled up at 4:00pm and drove away in a great car at 6pm.
