I bought a used car there. A couple of days later the water pump seized up. The engine overheated while driving. Needed a water pump, antifreeze, and a serpentine belt. Rather than have it towed back to the dealership I was willing to fix it myself. Nate told me they would send me a check for $130 to cover parts. I would receive it in 8 days. Parts actually were over $250 but I just wanted the dealer to be fair. Turns out Nate was just a lying con man. Never received a check. I never even received a receipt that I purchased a vehicle from them. That was to be sent to me too. I was pleasant dealing with them, and they were pleasant dealing with me.
