A helpful, knowledgeable, energetic Salesperson Nathan was a freshening counterbalance to a rude, condescending, untrustworthy F & I guy Pollini. It's a shame that Dealers still allow F & I guys ruin the was a freshening counterbalance to a rude, condescending, untrustworthy F & I guy Pollini. It's a shame that Dealers still allow F & I guys ruin the care buying experience. It's an old act and it should be ended. Oh well, 2-star overall rating, heavily weighted by having to deal with that Pollini joker. More
