He was incredibly nice, and very proactive. He even sent me a second video to show the captain seats better so I could picture how my dog could be set up in the back. I fell in love with the car but really it was the team that changed the situation from just test driving it to signing a lease. I feel like everyone went above and beyond for me to be able to drive off with the Double D (Dodge Durango).
