However, I did experience a health issue right before we signed the paperwork with the finance representative. One of the 2 guys rushed us to write a checks, before we even had a chance to properly look over the vehicle. The other man was accommodating and seemed to understand our needs to look over the vehicle. Since we were writing a very large check, I felt it was important to carefully inspect everything. He repeatedly mentioned that he needed to be somewhere else, which made us feel pressured. Honestly, where he needed to be was NOT our concern — we simply wanted adequate time to review our purchase. Additionally, the documents were not clearly explained to us. There were many pages to sign, and while we tried to read through them quickly, he appeared impatient. Purchasing a vehicle is a significant financial decision, and customers should be given the time and clear explanations they deserve. I later learned that this was his first day on the job, which may explain some of the experience. My suggestion would be to ensure customers are given sufficient time to inspect the vehicle and fully understand the paperwork before signing. Aside from this issue, our overall experience with Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was positive. More
