Poor customer service after the sale, lots of bait and switch tactics, lots of legal documents errors. Promised me no payment for 60 days, after signing the contract payment started 30 days, told me my pr switch tactics, lots of legal documents errors. Promised me no payment for 60 days, after signing the contract payment started 30 days, told me my previous loan was paid off before I left the dealership, 3 weeks after I was billed a payment from my previous loan company on my old truck and the new truck payment starts in 30 days. Don’t plan on referring anyone else to this trap. More

I filled out the prequalified form on the Facebook ad and John Haller called me within 10 minutes. I told him which Ram truck I was interested in and John arranged for me to test drive it the next day. Joh John Haller called me within 10 minutes. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and made me feel welcome. I am very happy with my new Ram 3500 Bighorn Night Edition. I bought this Ram 3500 because of the 6.7 Cummins HO Turbo Diesel for pulling my toy hauler. John took the stress out of buying a new Ram and I highly recommend Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More
