We went to Kyle Prochazka for assistance with our recent purchase of a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk. The day we brought the car home the suspension light came on and the car was making noises. purchase of a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk. The very next day ithe vehicle was in for service and several times after that for same issues related to the suspension. It wasn't until the 4th time in for service that we were informed the car had been in an accident and the repairs would not be covered, handing us a bill for 2800.00. This car was purchased for my son who used his savings and high school graduation money towards the purchase. The used car salesman Nathan Hair did not provide a car fax and it was not disclosed at anytime during the sales transaction that the car had been in an accident. The paperwork was provided and reviewed by Paul Hastings and Nathan Hair and neither provided a car fax. Come to find out the vehicle has been in a moderate accident with major damage to the rear, the right rear, the right side, damage to the roof, and damage to the undercarriage. We spoke with Kyle Prochazka and explained that we were not provided with a car fax and it was not disclosed during the sales transaction that the car had been in an accident, Kyle stated "we do not do business like that every customer receives a car fax". Kyle reviewed the sales documents and agreed we were not provided a car fax. He then said "ya its 50/50 sometimes you get one sometimes you don't" After several calls and messages left for the used car manager and the general manager(with no call back) Kyle asked that we bring the car in. We brought the car in and he offered to give us $5,000 less than what is owed on the loan. When we explained all the issues with the car since day one his reaction and response was condescending and rude. He acted like he was doing us a favor offering to buy the car back for less than what we owe. Our son put $3,000.00 down on the car and put another $3,000 into the exhaust. He should not take a loss due to the salesman /dealership negligence. We went to Kyle Prochazka for assistance hoping he / the dealership would do the right thing and make this right, especially since his initial response to us not receiving a car fax was '"we don't do business like that, every customer receives a car fax" Apparently this is exactly how they do business at Golling Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Bloomfield Hills. Our experience has been very disappointing, especially for our 18 year old sons first car buying experience. Buyers be aware, this is not a reputable organization and I would not recommend doing business here! More
