Called to see when car would be ready, told someone would call me back, waited hours for a callback. I called back a second time and couldn’t reach anyone. THE NEXT DAY I called again and finally reached som call me back, waited hours for a callback. I called back a second time and couldn’t reach anyone. THE NEXT DAY I called again and finally reached someone in service. He said he received my message and was “just about to call me back” I could tell he was obviously lying because he didn’t even know which vehicle I was calling about. Horrible communication. My vehicle was in for new tires, was in for 3 days. More
