Had a great saleswoman named Val. We purchased the truck and we’re told that we could get service done after the purchase and a full detail. The truck went through the shop but withou We purchased the truck and we’re told that we could get service done after the purchase and a full detail. The truck went through the shop but without certified technicians so we had to bring the truck back again and we’re told that it would also be detailed. When we picked the truck up it had been washed but all the dirt from the previous owner was still in the truck. I stopped calling at that point and will not refer people that I know to buy from Shotinkirk Chevy. More

Wasn’t happy they tried to add $6900 dollars for extended warranty, gap insurance and another separate service plan for tires, dents etc. without being upfront about the cost. They just wanted to add it to t warranty, gap insurance and another separate service plan for tires, dents etc. without being upfront about the cost. They just wanted to add it to the loan and give the monthly payment. I had to ask multiple times for the cost of the extended warranty. More
