Compared to other dealerships in the area, they somehow just seem to make the purchasing process more pleasant than the rest. Our recent purchase of a 2019 Outback Limited was equally hassle-free and smooth as any previous. It began with a fair, straight foreword trade-in offer by Nathan Hudson and fair and successful negotiations between us on the new car price. Richard Donaldson,our sales rep was more than competent processing our initial paper work, answering our questions, showing the new car and attending to the many details of a car purchase----all done in a friendly, helpful,and efficient manner. Bill Ladd handled the financing aspects of the purchase professionally in a friendly and thankfully expeditious manner. All in all a good buying experience. More

Impreza It would have been five stars had the car been cleaned better and fluids had been filled. If I hadn’t checked the fluids you would have let me drive off which could have caused issues shortly afterwards. When I mentioned it to Richard he took it back to service. I still haven’t checked the oil level. It was an experience I didn’t expect. Which is why I don’t trust dealerships and is why I double check myself. I’m hoping when I bring the car in I won’t go through this. More
