We knew what we were looking for...down to color and exact style of c We want to give a HUGE shout out to Jason! We were on a mission to buy 2 cars. We knew what we were looking for...down to color and exact style of car. We did our online research and first ended up at another dealership over an hour away because their website showed they had a few of exactly what we were looking for. We got there and that wasn’t the case and to top it off we spent several hours there and not feeling much help. We left. On our way home, thinking we would just start again the next day, we decided to call Family Toyota because we had seen a couple of cars like what we were searching for on their website. It was 40 minutes before they closed so we weren’t in thought that we would actually be able to get there before they closed, much less find the 2 cars we wanted due to the bad experience we just had. Jason answered the phone. I told him what we were looking at. He said YES they have a few to choose from and that it didn’t matter that they were closing soon, but to “come on, I’m happy to help”. He took our info over the phone to make it the process quicker. We arrived. He greeted us with keys in hand to check out the cars. We literally were in and out of there in an hour purely because he was so willing to go out of his way to make it work for us. (Unlike the experience we had just left from). So a HUGE shout out to Jason. We greatly appreciate your professionalism, friendliness and “above and beyond” attitude! We highly recommend you and your dealership. Everyone that we came in contact with at Family Toyota of Burleson was very helpful in making this buying experience an actual pleasure! More
