My salesman was awesome, he was straight to the point and didn’t try to add anymore items that would increase the price. He made my experience easy and pressure free. He is an excellent salesman and totally changed my opinion of car salesmen. Ron, I did not have a good experience with him. I found out, in my paperwork. That I purchased the warranty outright. When he did not tell me that was the case. He told me it would be like $14 dollars a month for the warranty. Not that my down payment money was being taken away and used towards the warranty. So how I have a higher payment because the 3 grand is unaccounted for. I reached out to the warranty company and canceled. So I’m hoping that the 3 grand comes back to me. Not very happy with the way my financing situation went down, not at all. And I will not be back to Basney for as long as Ron is the head of financing. Really soured my experience of purchasing a car. I will let others know, and I will warn them of Ron’s tactics. More
