I purchased a used car from them and requested a maintenance plan for the vehicle. The sales person said I would receive an offer for a maintenance plan during the closing of the purchase. When I called back 3 days later the sales person said it was too late and I couldn't get one. I had the car inspected at the Daytona Beach Ford dealer and they found a leak in the A/C system that would cost over $1600 to fix. In my view Gordon Chevrolet is abusive to senior citizens and military veterans. More

Was interested in a Chevy BOLT, called the dealer about one they had on the lot. I specifically asked if there were any "mark ups", the person on the phone said something along the lines of "Gordon Chevy, one they had on the lot. I specifically asked if there were any "mark ups", the person on the phone said something along the lines of "Gordon Chevy, the price you see is the price you pay". So I drove 40 min on my lunch break to see them. I liked the car and said lets talk numbers. Needless to say I was angry when they said there was a "$3995" ceramic pain protection package and some other fees that totaled almost $5000... To make a long story short I said that was unacceptable and they were not willing to budge, so I went to another dealer in town and got the same model but at the premium tier with many more options for less that Gordon Chevy quoted me on their lower tier less options bolt. Then to top things off, they called me back the next day and said they were willing to make a deal... Seriously??? I thought dealerships stopped doing this scammy stuff years ago. Gordon Chevy should have been honest with me the day I walked in, not 24 hours later. Places like this give dealers a bad name. More
