My experience purchasing a Maverick with Nathan was an excellent. I had a tricky situation and he handled it easily. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour. There was no high pressure sales tactics excellent. I had a tricky situation and he handled it easily. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour. There was no high pressure sales tactics or the hidden fees and upsells I’ve experienced at other dealerships. He answered my 500 questions about the truck while standing in the freezing cold and he was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. After Nathan I was sent to Celeste in the finance office. She was also great. She had me in and out quickly and was super friendly and made the transaction easy. First time I ever left a dealership feeling like I wasn’t ripped off. I would definitely use Nathan, Celeste and Heritage Ford again! I highly recommend them. More
