I requested that Mike arrange for me to return the older After 3 years, I returned my leased CRV to Mohawk Honda to get a new 2017 CRV, also leased. I requested that Mike arrange for me to return the older car and drive away with the new one on the same day. Mike made sure the new car was prepped and ready to take home. The entire process was completed in just over 4 hrs. Also, Nate was very helpful in explaining the new touchscreen functions on the 2017 models. He also called me a few days later to see how I was doing with the new electronics. I had some questions and again, he was of great help. Overall, a very nice and thorough experience at this dealership. More
